While a web site currently exists for this book, the author states "this book is no longer supported by myself". He comments that writing this book "turned out to be one of the worst mistakes [he] ever made". You can feel his honesty when he continues by telling us that he only "made a pittance on it, pennies per hour", which is unfortunate for a well-written book.
