Software packages are getting bigger. Large programs which were released on multiple diskettes are now released on a single CD. Now there are programs that require multiple CDs! Prophone has released a nicely packaged set of seven CDs which contain a majority of the telephone directory listings from every city in the United States. Each CD contains information about a different region of the United States (Northeast, Mid Atlantic, South, Midwest, West and Pacific). A single CD contains business listings for the entire United States including SIC codes. This package allows export of names and addresses for marketing lists, along with the sorting of information by street, phone number and name. Quicker and faster than calling directory assistance!
