Sometimes it is good to lag behind the first-movers. Dell must
think so, because they have waited so long to enter the PDA race.
But, Dell's strategy is a boon to consumers looking for
feature-loaded, 2nd generation Pocket PCs.
The Axim X5 comes
in your pick of price points, $300 or $200 (after rebate),
depending on processor speed, on-board RAM, and sync cabling connection.
Both models
include nice extras like dual-media slots, voice memo
capability and an oh-so-handy scroll dial for
one-handed operation.
