| Using the Pancake Factory |
The Pancake Factory is easy to use:
Open the unit
Coat the heating surfaces lightly with a non-stick spray
Close the lid and let the unit warm up
Fill the cooking plate side with batter, using the provided scoop
Wait until the the batter begin to bubble
Close the lid again
Rotate the unit around the hinged base
Open the Pancake Factory to allow pancakes to finish cooking on the raised cooking plate
Pour more batter into the primary cooking plate for the next set of pancakes
Remove the cooked pancakes and start the process again
